Current Problem.

There are many concrete cleaners available on the market today. Most of them are caustic-based cleaners. Caustic-based cleaners have an extremely high pH and are very corrosive to the skin. Caustic cleaners are also harmful to the environment. They can cause damage to any vegetation that comes in contact with them. Many times these high pH cleaners simply do not work.

BioChem solution.

BioChem has developed Bio T Max, a full strength cleaner/degreaser that is highly effective in removing heavy oil spots from concrete. It totally eliminates the safety concerns associated with the use of caustic-based cleaners. Bio T Max is 100 percent biodegradable and will not harm the environment. It is also completely non-toxic, non-corrosive and contains no chlorinated solvents. It eliminates the need to use caustic or acid-based concrete cleaners that pose significant health hazards.

Bio T Max reduces cleanup time. It is completely water soluble which makes it a snap to rinse off concrete and tools.

When cleaning tough oil spots from concrete with Bio T Max, use the following process:

• Completely saturate oil spot(s) with full strength Bio T Max.
• Wait 20 minutes.
• Scrub area with a stiff brush. Rinse with water.
• If stain is not completely removed, repeat steps 1-3.
